The Metro District South Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, 31st August 1:30pm-3:00pm at Sports House (adjacent to MSAC).

- Committee members and one delegate from each member club shall vote on any resolution.

- Each member club is entitled to appoint another member club as a proxy by notice given to the Secretary (secretary@metrosouthswimming.org.au) no later than 24 hours before the AGM.

If you would like to nominate for a Committee position (President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Referee, Swim Meet Coordinator, up to 3 x general committee positions) please complete the nomination form attached and submit to the treasurer by 2pm, Saturday 24th August 2019.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
